I just sat at drivethru for 20 minutes to get a hot peppermint mocha coffee . To be ignored then handed a freezing cold coffee after 20 minute wait .
Drive through was a bit slow, and they were out of coke. Other than that, they had great service for a late night during the holiday season!
Drive thru is always extremely busy. They could not get our order on intercom. Had to order at the pay window. Ordered one sweet tea & one half sweet. Person giving us our order could not tell us which tea was which. After we drove away we discovered both were sweet! Ended up throwing it away. Go inside & do it yourself!
Extremely slow sat I. Line of drive through for over 15 minutes with only 3 cars in line. Woman working window was dude and acted like we were disturbing her
IT STUNK,LITERALLY! It was horribly unsanitary and the bathrooms were especially filthy! Fries in the happy meals were upside down,not like they didn't have time to put them in upright because they weren't busy. Probably the last time we eat here because I just would rather not support an establishment with poor management. I say "poor management" because that is exactly the issue. I had the opportunity to firsthand witness him in a "meeting" in the front dining area. The trash cans were overflowing and very noticeable and after the meeting, was still was not addressed.Instaed he sat and "visited" even facing the garbage can that I snapped a picture of.Come on bro!!TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUSINESS!! The floors were F.I.L.T.H.Y!...like,JUST NO!There was more but I think I've said enough.
