I work out of town leaving my wife to manage our household with a 1st grader and newborn. She called me last week in a panic that her vehicle would not start, leaving her unable to bring our kid to school and go buy diapers (we were down to 2!).

We live in Ruston, and I called both rental agencies in town and they were out of cars. I called this location and spoke with Olivia. They were not able to pick her up being 25 miles away (understandable). She said they were busy pushing cars to the needy locations, but she sensed the urgency in me and assured me she would take care of everything to get my wife a car. She did everything she said. I had a friend drive her to the location and as promised a car was waiting and she was on her way in no time.
I had been in a car wreck and needed a rental for the holidays. Enterprise gave me the lowest prices with the best deal. They picked me up, had the car ready for me and I was able to spend Christmas with my dad. I never had one moments trouble with the car. I would definantly use Enterprise again.
My first experience with renting a vehicle was an awesome one with the help of the professionals at the West Monroe location of Enterprise. My car was in the shop so they had to pick me up. I needed to keep the vehicle longer than expected. It was such an easy solution because they handled everything for me and took care of it over the phone. I ordered an economy car, but the vehicle that I received was much nicer than I expected. Their prices were far better than any others that I checked out on-line. Call and Ask for Aaron. He was so kind and professional. Loved working with this company. They advertise that they are a family owned business, and that is exactly how they made me feel, like family.
Do not hesitate to use this Enterprise location. Also I would like to extend a thanks for all the help offered.
The only place I will rent from! They always take care of me!!
I reserve my cars online and usually my car is ready when I arrive. Wait time is usually less than 10 minutes :-)
