I went to J&H Boots and Jeans on Christmas Eve, running some last-minute errands for my mom. She asked if I could purchase a cowboy hat for an elderly gentleman who wished for a cowboy hat for Christmas. Not knowing anything about cowboy hats, the sales representatives, as well as a customer, were so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant; they went above and beyond in helping me choose the right hat.
