The associate was rude, took along time to get what I needed plus gave me the wrong item and took forever for me to get the correct product.. I will not go back to the West Monroe location
Latreice the new manager at this location in West Monroe was rude when I came into to talk to a manager about my billing errors. Every other person I have came into contact with at this location has been great. I will not go back to the West Monroe location due to Latreice. Thank you.
Awful customer service!! I’ve been in there twice and left both times with no help because no one even spoke or tried to help me.
Very friendly, helpful staff. Someone helps you within seconds of coming in the door and answers all your questions thoroughly. The person that helped me recommended a basic phone that met my needs and I'm very happy with it. He was also very conscious of my budget when making recommendations.
The terms of the internet and cell service are always changing forcing us to always upgrade to a newer plan and increased charges. If they were not the only service available in our area we would have dropped AT&T years ago.
