I have been coming to this dominos for at least a year and I pull up to the window and they are usually efficient. Today I ordered and got the notification that my food was ready, I waited at the window for at least 15 minutes. They didn’t get my payment or explain why my food was taking forever. A driver for dominos pulled up, got out, and went inside. He came to the window and asked if I’ve been checked. I wasn’t rude to him. I told him it has been a good 15 minutes since I’ve been here and told him they only asked my name and that’s it. He came back to the window and said they had to make my garlic twist. He offered me a complimentary drink for my wait. Found out his name was Colby. I declined nicely because it isn’t him I’m mad at. He said it would be another 2-3 minutes. He apologized again for the wait.
Domino's tracker is not done correctly. Stated the order left out at 8:47. I had to call the store and it didn't leave out until 9:02, and only because I called. Very disappointed. order wasn't delivered until 9:27. Then the food was cold. Waiting for management on the line. WAITED ON LINE FOR 10 MINUTES THE FIRST TIME, 5 MINUTES THE NEXT, WAS HUNG UP ON THE NEXT, FINALLY GOT SOMEONE WHO COULD HELP WAITING ANOTHER 45 MINUTES FOR THE FOOD TO BE DELIVERED. Driver was very polite. Management was not very concerned about the wait or the quality of our food being COLD!!!!!!!!

great service. great product. sometimes gets the extra cheese on wrong pie.
We decided to take advantage of the 50% off online order that Domino's was offering. However the automatic coupon did not apply when I initially placed the order online. I thought this could be sorted out when we arrived to pick up the order. However the manager (Shanita) was very unhelpful and said there was nothing she could do since the order was placed online. She agreed the order was not right but showed no empathy or solutions to fix our problem. We will not be ordering pizza from this location again with so many other options available.
