Not one of your better mobile home parks. The road was barely driveable. Had to drive slow because of all the potholes. Not a good place to drive around if you care about your car. Kind of a "shady" place, if you know what I mean.

People mind there own business, pet friendly, little over populated with cats strays,but its ok mostly quit,some trailer are older but in good condition,!but so far everyone is pretty kind and friendly
