My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in West Monroe was great. I love the proximity to Interstate 20 and how easy it is to access. This hotel seems to be a little older but is well well-kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay at this location again.
Older hotel. Nice gym equipment. Didn't use the pool. Staff was friendly. Location was great for us.

My husband and I wanted a room with a Jacuzzi. We were celebrating our 2nd wedding anniversary. Our last visit at the Hilton Garden Inn was fabulous, so I reserved the room. Everything was great, except for the Jacuzzi. The water was brown and green. Yuck! The receptionist said that was normal,!, NOT!
Beautiful rooms and very polite and helpful staff. Conveniently located for entertainment and food. Would have been 5 stars but the view all the way around just isnt that great which makes you keep the curtains drawn and makes the room feel like a cage.
