There's a bit of a wait, but the food is really good. I had the glazed salmon and shrimp. The waiters are friendly. I like the lighting. The Coke was actually good this time!
Great place to hang out and have a cold one in the bar area. Lots of TVs for viewing sports and such. Nice meal choices available on the menu. My preferred spot when staying in town.
Terrible experience. This was our first visit to a Logan's and it will definitely be our last. Our server rushed us to order. When we told him we hadn't decided yet he said he would "return in 2-3 minutes". He returned in half that time. After placing our order my fiancee's salad was delivered quickly, but I never received my soup. When her steak arrived it was near raw, hardly the med-rare she requested. Shrimp was undercooked, and mushrooms on skewer had barely kissed the grill and were still hard. She sent steak back to be cooked more, but was still rare when it came back. Our server was very unattentive. He visited a booth adjacent to ours several times during our visit but kept his back turned to us every time. He finally returned, accompanied by the manager. He knew we were going to request to see him. The manager did adjust the bill, which I appreciate.
Not what it once was. There filet mignon was the same quality as a Waffle House steak. Wife had to send it back because it was full of fat. She ordered medium and got well done on their second attempt. The sweet tea tasted like it was made with the mop bucket water. Had to get a coke instead. Lastly, asked 3 times for cocktail sauce for my shrimp and never got it. But on a positive note, our waitress managed to get in 2-3 smoke breaks. Never going back.
It wasn't as clean as i would have liked it to be. We asked for the manager and our server never brought him to us. She was trying to make nice to save her tip. Food was ok though not much variety if you have a shrimp allergy.
