$19.95 a month for the fast pass is the way to go. As soon as the roads dry out from a rain, I drive over to a Rocket Fast and have the car washed. You can go through as many y times as you like. I had a bird poop on the car as I was vacuuming it out. Got back in the car and went through again. Love it!!
I went to the west Monroe rocket fast in my brand new car, only to have a three car pile up while in the tunnel. My car was hitting th bumper of the lady in front of me while her car was hitting the customer in front of her. After speaking the the young man about the situation he replied with “you can call the police but they won’t do anything, and that the first customer probably put on his breaks. ” Awesome I have a brand new car, and your machine just made not one but three cars hit each other. I will NEVER go back nor RECOMMEND this location
Everything is great except for the dryers. Leaves streaks and spots all over your vehicle. Fix your dryers and you'll be a 5 star place.
No difference between the $8 wash and the $12. And, the roof of my car was caved in when it came out. I have never had that happen before and there's no record of previous damage to the roof but the manager claims my "roof had been dented before and popped back out previously and that's why it happened again". Not taking any responsibility. It's not a new car but it's never had roof damage! Now it looks like a rollover happened, and they could care less. My advise is steer clear - straight to Car War West!! At least your car gets CLEAN and comes out WITHOUT damage!!
I drove up at 6:20. They close at 7:00. I watched as they told 4 people that they could not use the brushes for bugs because they had already cleaned them for closing (40 minutes early) and had stored them out of conclvenient reach above the water containers. Luckily i had my own rags to use. I told the young man that they closed at 7:00 And he told me that there shouldn't even be water in the bug containers at this time. After knowing I was dissatisfied with that response, 2 more people came at 6:40 and they were allowed to use the brushes. One other grip: After vacuuming my car and drying with a rag, another one of the workers started blowing the drive right next to my car! Thanks a lot. I don't pay $29.95 a month for it not to be available for 40 minutes before closing.
