I called to order flowers, and the owner was very condescending to me on the phone. She tried to make me feel stupid and to top it off, her prices sucked. I told her that I didn't really like her attitude and I'd take my business elsewhere. If you want people to spend money at your business, then you should learn how to talk to people in a polite and respectful manner.
My wife is always pleased with anything I get here from here.
I have never heard Ms. Rosemary being rude to anyone, her flower arrangements are always beautiful!!
