Ordered in advance hoping to have v-day flowers delivered in the am. By lunch time I had to call only to find out they weren't going to deliver until 5pm. After I complained they put them on the next truck. Once she received them, they even messed up the card. They misspelled the words "met" and "Yours." The flowers themselves looked poor. 5 of the dozen were terrible. You can get much better looking roses at a grocery store. When you spend $100 on flowers in advance you should be able to expect nearly flawless flowers delivered early and without misspellings on your card. Definitely won't use these people again. Terrible

I did not have a good experience with them. What i ordered and what we agreed on looks nothing like what was delivered. What my girl friend received looks half ass and just all out unprofessional.
