I rarely write reviews but this gym was great. I dropped in and they were extremely friendly and welcoming, nice facilities, and good coaching. I look forward to coming back. Highly recommended.
No place has ever CHANGED or CHALLENGED me more!! The community of friends I now consider my family at CrossFit West Monroe has been an unending reservoir of support and encouragement. Feeling SO Amazing from the RESULTS I have gained from CrossFit West Monroe. Love love love this place SO MUCH! ❤️
CrossFit West Monroe is the absolute best box in town! From the coaching staff, to the programming, to the athletes, hands down there is no other CrossFit box that is better! The coaches are top notch, welcoming, and have the best training out there. The athletes are no different. This is the one place, for an hour a day, I can think about myself and myself only and just workout. This is my "happy" place.
Great place! I have been really impressed with the coach's. The owners are fabulous. Bart & Chelsea really made me feel comfortable. They are very knowledgable and really care about their members. I have a love/hate relationships with the workouts!! You definitely know you worked out and they really encourage you to be safe!
This is my place. To be exact, my favorite place in the city! I've never once regretted showing up. CrossFit West Monroe is an awesome example of community, leadership and drive. Show up and you will see what I mean!
