I'm not the type to make reviews, but I want to warn women before they make the mistake of going here. The service is extremely cold, apathetic, and SLOW......... A few of the doctors, especially, lack professional attitudes. They may even mock you (while you're nervous and vulnerable) on the other side of the door where you can hear them perfectly. When you answer their questions, they may even disrespect your religious beliefs (or lack of) and practices, accuse you of lying, gripe at you for taking so long to give them a urine sample (while joking about what you just told them in confidence in between beating on the door fussing for you to hurry up...because that is so polite and helps a shy bladder....and, man, 4 minutes in the bathroom is such an unreasonable time). That's what happened during my experience. BE WARNED.
Nurses are curtious and nice. Not a long wait time. Everyone I've encountered was thoughtful and professional! And love Dr Lee!
The staff were very friendly. I only waited maybe 10 minutes prior to being called to the back. Everyone was friendly and Dr. Tugwell is AWESOME!!! I had pain in my side and he did not just tell me he could not find anything and send me home. He actually took the time out to make a referral to a GI doctor and he scheduled a follow-up appointment for me with him as soon as I see that doctor.
I have been using The Woman's Clinic for years. My doctor is VERY professional and courteous. The front desk staff and nurses are friendly as well. The wait times are the only reason I only gave a 3 star rating. I have learned to schedule my appointment for 4:00 or after because I know they won't want to stay after 5.
Mother was treated with the greatest respect. Always taken back to see doctor within 15 minutes of her appointment except once as her doctor had an emergency surgical procedure. Office personnel kept everyone informed and asked if anyone would perfer to make another appointment with the doctor. Doctor came to waiting room and apologized for the extra wait time and began seeing surgical patients. Only ob practice momma ever used.
