Fun to just look around and shop. Would be great to see some of the cast, but can't dock the score because I know they have personal lives beyond the store and show. I love that they're expanding and sharing more of the Dynasty experience.
Support a Christian, family run business. Plus they really do make the best duck calls.
Very organized, gift shop. Friendly staff. Great deals. Only wish we could have met one of the family members. For sure return our next trip to Louisiana. Good bless, from the Wilde family from Minnesota.
We are currently moving across country and decided to stop in since we love the show. After reading reviews, we thought it would be fun to see the shop, learn some facts about the family and how the business grew, but also for our 4 year old to make a duck call. Unfortunately, since they opened the new "Experience" tour on Monday, they do not have patrons make duck calls or receive items as mentioned in previous reviews any longer (we were told it was just a filler to hold visitors over while the new tour was under construction). We thought it would be pretty interactive and something neat for our daughter to experience. In reality, it is watching a bunch of video clips and walking through areas that aren't even finished yet but you still pay the normal admission price of around $20 a person. Though you learn a little bit more background on the family and business than what is shown on the show, it is NOT interactive or worth $20 each!! Would have definitely preferred the "filler" tour! Especially since the new tour isn't even completed!....I guess we can at least say that this experience is off our list for good.....
The experience was well worth the drive. Prices are affordable. Me & my husband love the Robersons.
However, we WOULD recommend Willie's Duck Diner. Good food, reasonable prices and very hospitable staff members. Heather was great! But this was the best part of the stop... Very disappointed!
