Clean units, secure facility, friendly staff
Don't rent space here. They'll tell you one thing when you sign up an another when you try to leave. I had to throw away several boxes and everything in them because they got wet and my stuff was covered in black mold. Many of the boxes had bugs in them, too. All this for almost $100 bucks a month. Instead of renting here, just leave your belongings under an overpass, it will be safer and cheaper.
