Dr. Ainsworth is amazing. The other harpy working in there needs to go away. 3 times I called to have medicine refilled to get there and be told they were out. My dog has a heart problem and is swelling so he needs his medicine to keep the swelling down. Ontop of that sometimes he has to be drained. I took him to the vets clinic to have him drained, I live an hour away so I explained this over the phone and was told okay and that it would be done quickly so I could head back home after grocery shopping. Dr Ainsworth was out when I showed up so I had to use Dr Harper. 6 hours later I finally got annoyed and went back up there to find my dog in a cage on the outside in the rain and no one had looked at him yet. To make it better they had to look for 10 minutes for his harness. The next day Dr Ainsworth was back and it was done in an hour. I left my dog with my parents becsuse so had to go out of town, he needed a refill and I had called and scheduled yo have it picked up Friday. Friday I get a call from my dad that we had been "banned". Dr Harper then proceeded to tell me that my 50 year old Pentecostal mother had cussed her out on the phone.
1. I had my yorkie's teeth cleaned and they lost both of her personalized collars.

3. My dogs were all tested for heart worms and on the 6 month shot. When they were due again, they had no record of the last shot and said they sent an email reminder to get it (which I never received) My dogs had to bet tested again and get the shot at another vet.
They took great care of my babies. I'd recommend them to everyone.
The staff is unprofessional, unfriendly, and rude. They had a baby, about 6 months old in the back, I didn't meet the vet, and I had to google after care because none was given. I do not recommended this place at all. It's best to go the animal hospital on sterlington.
2. I have a very old poodle that gets medicine for congestive heart failure, and they were out of pills for a refill TWICE. They were aware in advance, he needed these pills refilled.
I for one, along with all of my family and friends, have always had nothing but the best experiences with the clinic. Dr. Harper always puts the problems of her patients ahead of even her personal needs... Thus, she always goes the extra mile. Sometimes an emergency will change the schedule.... But the health of another's family member is much more important than my pets teeth being cleaned. I highly recommend All Creatures to any and all! Keep up the great work! I can only hope that other clinics do half four their customers... For what your staff has always done for us. Great job!
