I have thankfully not had to use the clinic in an emergency, but last year when we got him, he was only 3 weeks old. His mom quit feeding him and we had to bottle feed him. He was not taking the bottle and was getting weak. I called the clinic and the staff was so nice and helpful. They gave me several things to try, which worked. Then a few months ago he got some booster shots at his vet. After we got him home and of course his vet was closed by that time, he started showing signs of a reaction. They could have told me to bring him in and collect from the visit. Instead, again over the phone they told me what to do and even told me to call them back with an update either way. After doing what they said he was better within an hour. Recently he had surgery and when I got him home I was concerned with how he acted, again they gave me great advice over the phone that helped. Each time they could have told me he had to be brought in. Thankfully they helped me each time with wonderful advice and tips. I greatly appreciate the help. To us he is not just a dog, he is a member of our family. I have peace of mind knowing if an emergency happens, I have them there to help us! Thank you so much for always calming me down and helping me take care of my baby!

IT'S NOT OKAY that I called and told them about very sick, stray kittens and they refused to help. I would have paid them in full but they said that bc the kittens were drinking and eating that it's "NOT an emergency"

I know exactly what is wrong with the kittens by just looking at them and I even explained all of it to the one who took my call but nobody helped.

WORST EMERGENCY CLINIC I'VE SEEN

Took a kitten up there that was choking to death and they told me because i couldnt pay the money till the next day they told me they couldnt help so it died a hour later in my arms i wouldnt recommend them to anyone ever

Very nice much better than thier last location Doctor seemed very knowledgeable and professional. Very fast and communicative staff glad to have a place in the Monroe/West Monroe area to take my babies. Only negative would be their bit expensive but its standard for after hour emergency care.

We had a wonderful experience here, considering why we were here. The staff was knowledgeable, concerned and caring. Miss Kayla at the reception window was amazing, I was expecting a huge markup on prices and fees, so I was pleasantly surprised at their rates. I would recommend this place , even if there were another 24 hr hospital anywhere in the area. Many thanks from my family to yours Animal Emergency Clinic of Northeast Louisiana.
