My experience was great. I was greeted when i entered, service was fast and prompt and someone came around to make sure everything was okay and refilled a drink for my table. I appreciated the kindness. May God bless all the workers at Captain D's Thomas Road. WM

I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru after placing my order. The food was fresh and delicious, but certainly not worth that kind of wait. Only reason I didn't leave us because the vehicle in front of me was also waiting for their food and I could not get around them. There was only one vehicle ahead of me. The dining room was not packed. There was no reason for that long of a wait. The potholes in the parking lot also need attention. I have brand new tires on my vehicle, and really don't want them damaged.
