I wish I could give this place "Zero Stars". Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! What restaurant says they're out of glasses and cannot service a table with even a glass of water? The food took so long to come that the majority of our party left without receiving anything to eat!! I will never, ever recommend this restaurant to anyone or return there! Ever!
Had the Salmon it was so delicious. Waitress was nice, very nice atmosphere. Came all the way from New Orleans. Thanks
We just had our first bad experience at Cheddar's. Their staff greeted us and showed us to our table as soon as we walked in, but then no one came back to take our order. We tried getting their attention but the staff turned their heads once they made eye contact. So after sitting and waiting for assistance, that we never did receive, we decided to leave.
It took ten or minutes to get our drink order, and ten minutes after that our food order still had not been taken. Meanwhile, our server visited other tables in our section multiple times. They were not overly busy, probably 2/3 of the tables were occupied on a Saturday night at 5:45pm.
This was my 2nd visit at this location. The first visit was a disaster. I swore I wouldn't come back. However we decided to try it again, and I'm glad we did. Service was much improved, very good. Food was also very good. From the starters to main course, everything was great, especially the fried chicken. We will definitely go back.
