Our order came out wrong and they were out of some side dishes. It was fixed to the best of their ability. Other than that, quiet and clean. Staff very friendly.
Not my best experience with Cracker Barrel. Was extremely disappointed. The soda machine was not working properly so our drinks didn’t taste right. We had to ask for napkins and butter. And the turnip greens tasted like dirt.
Being Sunday around 130pm they were swamped but all were professional, got people in and out quick. Got to the table, waitress Destiny was awesome, got to our table got our drinks quick and order. For being busy we got our food as quick as possible. Food was great, service was great. Thank you West Monroe Cracker Barrel. I highly recommend you!!
Good restaurant to c a r r y a family. Variety Health Foods on menu great for the kids. Service surprising due to the large crowds. Would eat there again.
My order and ticket were wrong, I was supposed to have egg whites, instead had regular scrambledeggs. When I got my receipt it was wrong. Waitress disappeared before I could tell her, so when I went to pay I told the cashier the ticket was wrong. She called the waitress to come correct it and she never showed up, so because of time and needing to get back to work I had to pay more than my order should've been.
The Estes
Went went here for our Department Christmas Party (breakfast). Waitress served 6 people via 1 person. She handed the person closest to her the items to pass down to the next person. The restaurant was semi empty while we were there, no one at the table behind or beside us.
This isn't the first time this has happened at this location.
