I order food for my entire workplace, Monday-Friday. We feed 6-8 people daily. I understand it's a big order and things get messed up at times, but every other time, even though I go inside to place the order, it's wrong. Drive thru speaker was out. Wait was incredibly long and someone needs to rethink the pricing at Popeyes, they are really overpriced. 2 mashed potatoes, cup of gravy and 6 biscuits......$25....really.
Honestly wish I didn't even have to give them as star at all. Worse service ever. Went to the drive threw and it took 30mins just to order. Then the rude woman didn't even get my order right. Got to the window let her know and she gives me attitude the whole time. And let her know I ordered a Pepsi...Pepsi was out in the machine and she still gives me the nasty drink...will not be going back do better Popeyes!
They always forget some part of my order. The last three times I've gone I had to go back for something. I know I should check better but after pulling up and waiting ten minute or more I shouldn't have to. But without fail they've forgotten something. Now I have to pull over take everything out the bag to be sure. After a long day that's too much. It's on the screen double or triple check if you need to. I love Popeyes Chicken. And that's the only one in this area.
