Our check in was great. Jennifer was personable and friendly. She gave us her full attention at checkin, which I also observed her doing for others. The rooms were clean and adequately furnished. Breakfast was also provided.
The hotel was very nice! All the employees were helpful. Rooms were big and loving the decor. Pool area was nice! Sat under a pergola which I thought was pretty cool. Breakfast was tasty. Had waffles, eggs, biscuits and gravy (there are lot more options). Will definitely stay here again.
We are Rewards members and stay at Best Western hotels whenever we travel. The front desk lady was super nice and helpful; their breakfast included a variety of food and hot coffee with your choice of creamer. We were able to upgrade to a suite and had more space to relax. The room was very clean. Thank you Best Western, West Monroe, Louisiana!
This hotel has nice rooms. Location is a bit sketchy. I guess that's why the lobby wasn't open when I checked out. But there are a lot of restaurants close by. The only real problem with my stay was I didn't take a shower. When I got up the next morning I found The previous guests soap (with hairs) was still in the shower. Now if they didn't clean the shower, what else did they not wash or clean?
Place was very clean..great complimentary breakfast...super nice service each and every person we spoke with...parking lot grounds kept clean...small and quaint..perfect for our travel ball trip. Would definitely stay again. It’s not a Hilton..but you can tell they truly do take pride in trying to make affordable improvements..bed sheets could use an upgrade...AC was super cold. Definitely a plus. Walking distance of local eateries and right close to a convenient store..made quick trips during our two day stay.
