Convenient location! Awesome staff on phone, during check in and during checkout! They made you feel very welcome. Great value and the dogs and parents had a great nights sleep. Would stay there again!
The rooms did not have a coffee pot. The bathroom tissue was low. No blow dryer. Not enough towels. Price was reasonable at 50 a night and they had a smoking room but given the chance to stay again, I would pass.
As always, there is individually wrapped cups in the room!
I went up to Monroe for business. Spent a week there. One of the days I forgot to go in and pay. I never received a call from the front desk but rather a housekeeper opening the door and coming in while I was half naked. Kind of creepy because I was like let me put some pants on so I could go up to the office. He stood there like a minute watching me. It's a decent place to stay, but the staff needs some customer service skills. I doubt I would stay there again.
The room was clean and neat but I know y'all did renovations and I think y'all fell short there. The room had a fresh wall of paint yet on one wall there was a hole patch half way done, the bathroom door had a huge hole in it, as well as cigarette stains on toilet and tub. The beds are kinda stiff and pillows are too small and flat. That is something everyone looks for in a room so you may consider upgrading those couple things. The staff was very polite and courteous. Very easy check in and out.
It is amazing how Motel6 is making a good thing even better. I am very impressed. Thanks.. Weary traveler sometimes.
I love all the high end features in Motel6.. Very nice bed, very nice TV and best of all the water massager in the shower with enough water pressure to make it work.
