These guys are amazing. They helped us with a problem we thought was going to impossible and they handled it like it was an everyday thing. Rooms were perfectly clean and the bathroom was awesome. I would use these guys every single trip.
The Fairfield Inn & Suites here provides clean and modern accommodations in a convenient location. The rooms are cozy and the staff is very hospitable. This is now our preferred accommodation for when we visit West Monroe.
I stayed at this property during GSU Homecoming weekend. The staff was awesome! The rooms were nice, definitely to my standards. The location of the property is easy access to I20. I will be returning soon.
The hotel was recently built, so it has modern touches in the public areas and guest rooms that make it a great place to spend the night. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and there was a decent selection of food. The omission of bacon, however, was a little upsetting, considering the class of hotel. The TV in the room offers certain apps, such as Netflix, which is a nice feature for those familiar with Smart TVs. But, the TV kept displaying annoying banners about connecting and disconnecting from the network while I was watching Netflix, but it never seemed to affect the show I was streaming. The staff was welcoming and friendly, which made for a pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
Nice new hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Lobby is open and bright. Rooms are spacious and clean. Easy to get on and off highway.
