Nice, clean Hampton. Restful night after a long drive that day. Very friendly and caring staff. Breakfast bar well done. Fresh oranges cut in pieces today.
Everything was great at the hotel. First floor room was spacious and nice. Breakfast was solid. Everything was fine.

I loved the room. It was comfortable, clean and looks well maintained. The bed was comfortable.
We usually stay at Hampton Inn right off I-20 when you get in Monroe but decided to try this property out for a change. I will NEVER stay at this location AGAIN!!! Upon arrival, I changed card for payment and notified agent that we would pay cash in the morning. With me working at a hotel, I know that a card pre authorizes for that amount and you can pay cash or any other payment upon checkout.. Rodney, was very rude and very unprofessional.. Just know my family and I wasn't happy and I will not be back!!
