First of all, every person I spoke to at the front desk was excellent. They were all very friendly and helpful. Check in/out was swift and easy. The location was easy to access. The room was very small, but looked clean. The bed was not the most comfortable, but it was acceptable. The pillows were pretty small. The breakfast consisted only of coffee, juice and prepackaged muffins. The main thing that caused me to knock down the rating was that there was poo in the toilet when we got to the room. There was no way the toilet had been properly sanitized given the presence of that.
Each went above and beyond in their service and should be rewarded and compensated for their excellence. I’m from Memphis and comparable service here is a rare find. Please acknowledge the good people u have representing your hotel. Each was honestly the type representatives you want as your “face”. Highly recommend and will return
Excellent- exceptional and courteous service from 12/2/17-12/3/17 from all employees that I encountered. Begging with clerk upon arrival, down to cleaning personnel on third floor down to the check out clerk on 12/3/17. (Room 326)
I wish I could give one star!!!Great location, it near everything! But the rooms are nothing like what you see online. There are roaches, the water is brown! The front desk is rude and nasty. The switched my room and I still saw roaches. I even took a picture and video. Property Manager has yet to call me back! We ended up across the street at Best Western!
This is easy... Everytime I go to west Monroe I end up staying at the red roof inn. The people are awesome and the rooms are very clean. Thank you red roof in!
Location was great with lots of shopping and dining choices within walking distance. They are dog friendly and allowed us to stay with 3 dogs (Only 2 is allowed) since we stayed there before. The only small issue was the snacks/juice were not in the room. I'm sure we could have gone to the front desk to get them but we were too tired. They let us stay with three dogs so we didn't really care about the snacks. We will definitely stay at a Red Roof and in the future.
