Pet friendly hotel. I love dogs. I have four of them. I just don't like to be kept up at night by barking from other guest's dogs. Rooms are not well insulated. Could hear a lot of noise. Light in bathroom was burned out. Could not get it replaced. And finally; the television never worked correctly the entire stay.
Not that great. The little things bug me. For instance, the bedside plug-ins were all loose and my phone charger wouldn't stay plugged in. The TV was small and the cable was fuzzy. Wifi signal was weak. Had to take a lukewarm shower with weak water pressure. Coffee was burnt at 6:30 AM. But the room appeared clean and the staff were nice enough. It is also in a good location with plenty of places to eat within walking distance. Unfortunately, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
This is a great place to stay, excellent value. Facility is nice, clean, and in good repair. The free breakfast is several notches above what is typical. Hot items include Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs, biscuits & sausage gravy, and waffles. The staff here are really nice. We arrived in town much earlier than expected and they went out of their way to accommodate us. Rushed to get a room available so we could check in at 11:30 am! This is definitely going to be our go to place on future visits to Monroe!
Great hotel and the staff is wonderful. No complaints and nothing negative to say about it. GM has a great attitude and good work ethics. Also the front desk staff that they have is great from the morning to overnight.
Very nice hotel, normal amenities, quality service. Definitely would stay again.
