I love La Quinta and am an Military Elite Rewards member. I stopped here to get some sleep as I had driven 12 hours. I have 30k points and among the desk clerk his general manager and reservations no one could authorize my free night. The clerk referred me to the reservations line and that individual told me I couldn't use the points. I wound up going to Motel 6. Very disappointed. Poor customer service!!!
This hotel is next to a really nice walking trail around a wetland area. Hypoallergenic laundry soap and fabric sheets are available gratis at the front desk. Minus one star because housekeeping forgot to leave more towels, and there is no hot tub.
We stayed four nights and first night we call for extra pillows and towels and we had to go get them, we leave for the day come back and not one staff greeted us as we came in, go on up to our room no housekeeping was done. Next day we leave when we came back it was late evening not one staff greeted us again. We couldn’t believe it. Get to our room housekeeping came in made the bed but left our trash, we go to the frig we had to throw everything in there away, it didn’t work. Spoke to the front desk early the next morning about what is going on he didn’t have one thing to say or how to help make it better or fix it, also never changed our sheets. So we will never stay there again and telling family that when friends and family come to visit not to stay here. Very disappointed.
We were driving through the night on christmad and got tired. Called and Charles was the nicest person I've ever talked to in the hotel business and I travel a lot. What a great experience to an awful day we were having. My son didn't have a pack n play and they provided a crib and even threw in a few snacks for him. The hotel was clean and the breakfast in the morning was even good. Made getting back on the road a little more enjoyable. :)
Wonderful staff. Great beds. Good pillows. Nice sundry shop. Dog friendly. Good breakfast. Close to highway, restaurants and shopping. What more could anyone ask for.
